This eatery has come a long way since its start. It was originally a barbecue spot for owner Chamnan Prachantabutr, who would catch fish by day and grill them on the beach by night with his friends. Today, Kan-Eang @Pier boasts an alfresco dining area with a stunning view of the sea, a menu serving up fresh seafood, as well as classic Asian and Western dishes.

Be sure to try the classic Bua Tod, a Thai dish made with fresh waterweed and shrimp dipped in batter, deep fried to crisp perfection. Want a taste of the treasures of the sea? The 5K Sashimi consists of salmon, tuna, octopus, crab, and various other fresh seafood items to let diners experience the best its menu has to offer.

Not a fan of seafood? Fret not, as you can try some of the restaurant’s meat options. Tuck in to Chicken Teppanyaki, a delicious grilled dish prepared with chicken marinated in a salty-sweet sauce.
