    The cuisine here combines the best of Asian flavours and the freshest of ingredients. Feast on your favourite comfort food such as the Tom Kha Gai, a refreshing coconut milk-based soup that manages a delicate balance between light and rich flavours. The Pla Kra Pong Nueng Ma-Now is equally tantalising. Featuring a juicy and tender whole sea bass lathered with a spicy lime dressing, and served over a pristine bed of warm rice, this dish will surely whet your appetite.

    If you’re craving for some Western fare though, Mosaic has got you covered too. We recommend their Aussie GF Beef Burger, a hearty beef burger stuffed with cheese, bacon, pickles, and your usual tomato and lettuce. Sounds like any other burger? You should try it for yourself to taste the difference. Top it all off with some dessert, because it would definitely be a crime to pass up on the Tub Tim Krob, a chilled water dumpling drizzled with syrup and coconut milk.
