Set on the 52nd floor of the stunning Banyan Tree Bangkok Resort and overlooking the vibrant tropical mangroves, Chef Renu Homsombat, head chef at Saffron, work around the clock with with her team to bring modern Thai elements into every dish. From the very first bite of the Yum Hua Plee Goong (Banana Blossom Salad) with chicken, chili and shrimp paste, to the last bite of the Woon Dok Anchan (Chilled Butterfly Pea with Lychees Ice Cream), we are quite certain the gastronomical experience at Saffron is one you’ll truly appreciate!
