Helmed by the esteemed Banyan Tree group, Seedings is a social enterprise restaurant that aims to provide vocational training for young adults in the community. It’s located in the lush Angsana Villas Resort, and offers an array of Southern Thai dishes at an affordable price. The restaurant is set up in the style of a traditional market with several stalls so guests have a variety of options to choose from.

    The Moo Hong, a traditional Thai dish of pork belly stewed in garlic, coriander root, and star anise, it is a treat for the senses. From the flavoursome smell to the way the meat melts in the mouth, it’s no surprise that this is one of the most popular dishes on offer. Another great option for diners looking for a lighter, white meat alternative is the BBQ Chicken Wing. Made with a special BBQ sauce that is fiery and sweet, this dish is sure to delight the taste buds with its unique flavours.
