      The Grilled Spicy Prawn Skewer with Guacamole mixes a local favourite, spicy prawns, with a staple dip of Latin cuisine -- guacamole. The result is a dish of juicy, hot prawns complemented by a mild, creamy avocado side. Another unlikely combination that is surprisingly delicious is the Deep-Fried Crumb Brie Cheese with Strawberry Compote.
