    For a spot that dishes out classic Swiss cuisine, head to Coucou. This no-frills restaurant serves a good selection of Swiss cold cuts and cheeses, from Canton of Fribourg and Bern to Valais & Vaud.

    While cold cuts are a delicious start to the meal, the rosti selection here is also not to be missed. The Potato Rosti with Beef Patty, for instance, is a hearty affair showcasing a generous minced patty blanketed in melted Swiss raclette cheese and some onion confit.

    For mains, try the Fillet of Trout cooked Geneva-style — with salty capers, butter, and lemon for a kiss of citrus. Also good is the Zurich-style Ragout, where your choice of veal or chicken is grilled until tender and swathed in a creamy mushroom sauce.
