    About

    Live Twice, the Jigger & Pony Group’s newest cocktail establishment, is an intimate cocktail bar that takes inspiration from the mid-century modern era in Japan. Vintage fittings and cosy alcoves transport guests to the heart of Tokyo — notably post-war Ginza in the ‘60s.

    The minimalist menu features 14 cocktails, each carefully crafted to celebrate the true character of spirits. If you’re fluent in Japanese cocktails, you’ll know that nothing in the drink, even the condiment, is unnecessary.

    For a rich and complex drinking experience, try the Mizuwari, a combination of Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky, Nikka Coffey Malt Whisky, and Hokkaido soft water that’s been steeped in an earthen pot for at least three days. Those who prefer a dessert in a glass should go for the Almond Mimosa, an ambrosial potion of prosecco blended with toasted almonds and marzipan.

    Besides tipples, Live Twice excels in the food department too, offering a selection of elevated izakaya food. Light bites include the Wasabi Cheese Terrine, where fresh wasabi is grated on cubes of cream cheese, while heartier appetites will be satisfied by a range of sandwiches such as the Beef Katsu Sando.
