    Rebranded itself to emphasise its focus on fresh seafood and good service, Cafe 56 is now known as 566 Seafood.

    Come here for their impressive variety, with fish, prawns, lobsters, scallops and more cooked in almost every style you can dream of. You'll have a hard time deciding whether your live-caught Garoupa should be steamed in soy sauce or coated in sweet and sour sauce. The poultry and beancurd dishes are equally strong contenders, with firm favourites being the Pan-Fried Kurobuta Pork Chop with Honey Sauce and Braised Homemade Beancurd. Even humble dishes like porridge are jazzed up with the addition of a succulent lobster.
