    Inspired by his roots in Basque Country in Spain, this restaurant aims to pay homage to Head Chef Aitor Jeronimo Orive’s heritage. A veteran of the global fine dining scene, his first venture sees a menu boasting a variety of flavours to suit every palate, as well as the incorporation of traditional Northern Spanish ingredients in fusion dishes. Located on Amoy Street, this light and bright spot is the perfect place for an exotic dinner.

    The Chorizo Brioche Bun is an excellent first course option if you’re looking to get a taste of Basque cuisine. Made with traditional Spanish-spiced sausages sandwiched between two slices of fluffy brioche bread and slathered with cream cheese, the bun is the perfect mix of sweet and savoury. For something a little moreish, try the Vegetable Bomba Rice. Made with short grain rice cooked with a hearty mix of winter vegetables and spinach butter, the richness of the dish is a great option for vegetarians and diners looking for a wholesome option.

    A sweet treat of Chocolate beckons you to end the meal. Made with Guanaja 70% chocolate ice cream, chocolate meringue, aerated chocolate sponges, and cacao nibs, thought sinful, it is sweet without being too cloying, and a delightful way to treat the palate. (March 2019)
