    As the name suggests, the restaurant boasts a huge selection of truffle-centric dishes that are sure to delight your taste buds. Whether you’re a meat lover or a seafood lover, there’s something for everyone.

    Try out Alex’s Carpaccio (named after the chef-owner) if you’re a meat lover. Deliciously rich and wholesome, this dish features raw beef topped with a sprinkle of truffle and mushroom cream that melts in your mouth. Seafood lovers should go for the Capesante Casa. Fried scallops are the main draw here, with each mouthful packing a punch of ingredients such as parmigiano and truffle fondue, and smoked caviar.

    Truffles for dessert? Why not. Order a Truffle Gelato to complete this unique dining experience. Topped with savoury truffle bites, this sweet and milky ice cream will leave you coming back for more. (Jan 2020)

    "The food, though, is excellent - take our wagyu carpaccio, delicately offset with parmesan and truffle oil, and the buratta (creamy mozzarella) and tomato salad, somewhat meager in size, but nevertheless fresh and suitably light. For the first of our mains we opted for the homemade mushroom and truffle ravioli in a parmesan fondue, and indulged in fresh shavings of black Provencal truffle (currently $8/gram), which gave the dish a welcome, almost meaty flavor." -SG Now
