    Roast duck or duck pie? At this modern Chinese restaurant by the TungLok group, you can have both. Using only ducks from Silver Hill Farm Hill in Ireland — known to breed the ‘wagyu’ of ducks — the juicy, tender meat is the result of feeding the birds well and keeping them in a spacious environment. Try the duck typical Asian-style, roasted in a combi-oven with herbs, wine and spices. Or a savoury Duck Broth, an intense bone soup that is packed with flavour. From the Western side of the menu, the Duck Confit & Waffle is a fun twist on the typical fried chicken and waffle combo. The fork-tender meat is drizzled with maple syrup and a generous slab of butter that melts over the hot, fluffy waffle bed. Another must-try is the Duck Pie, where buttery shortcrust pastry is wrapped around thick slices of juicy duck meat. Pure decadence in every bite. (Jan 2019)
