    Coated with piquant black pepper sauce and stir-fried, the Original Black Pepper Crab is a signature seafood dish that is not to be missed out on. Another all time bestseller, the Scottish Razor Clam is steamed in a light and aromatic sauce with minced garlic and vermicelli, topped off with luscious royal razor clams and a crunchy smattering of fried garlic. Other mouthwatering seafood dishes include the Air Flown Live Alaskan King Crab, Southern Australian Lobster and Dungeness Crab.

    For a different dining experience, smaller groups can opt to try out the sampling menu. Specially curated to serve and satisfy diners in small portions, the food selection consists of a variety of local favourites. Sweet and spicy, the Grilled Chicken Satay skewer features a savoury peanut sauce glazed with pineapple puree and paired with cucumber and onion slices.
