    Churning out American Southern style BBQ, MeatSmith (Telok Ayer) takes a bold approach by offering up only the most premium cuts of meat, Southern sides, and tasty tipples from all around the world.

    Seriously, the menu here is exceptional from beginning to end. And the meats? One word: flawless. The Beef Brisket is tender, juicy and smoked to perfection, and when combined with a side of either the Mustard Potato Salad or gooey Mac & Cheese, makes for the perfect meal. If you're still yearning for more, check out the Nashville Fried Chicken, it's mouth-watering. The fried chicken here does have a spicy kick to it, so make sure to have a glass of Southern Iced Tea or one of their signature drinks like the Valentino Twist within arm's reach.

    For a more intimate dining experience, MeatSmith (Telok Ayer) is offering an exclusive Chef's Table dining experience, with specially tailored menus to boot. Click here to make a reservation.

    Menu Pricing Options
    Lunch Menu: $50++, $75++ or $100++ per person
    There will be a minimum spend of $300++ on food per table.

    Dinner Menu: $80++, $100++ or $120++ per person
    There will be a minimum spend of $600++ on food per table.

    Note: The Chef's Menus are tailored 48 hours before the actual date of the reservation. Do indicate any dietary restrictions in the 'Special Requests' field when making your booking.

    Cancellation Policy
    In the event that the booking is not honored in whole or in part, or is cancelled outside the permitted time frame, the cancellation fees will be as follows.

    • Within 48 hours prior to the reservation date: 40% of the total spend
    • Within 24 hours prior to the reservation date: 100% of the total spend
