    Located along the rejuvenated Keong Saik Road, this restaurant is dedicated to bringing the best of Barcelona’s cuisine to Singaporean plates. Designed by the famed Lázaro Rosa-Violán, Olivia has made a name for itself as the go-to place for Spanish fine dining. Named after the daughter of the chef, every dish here is a labour of love. The menu bursts with deliciously rich dishes that combines premium ingredients with traditional Spanish techniques.

    Seafood lovers will enjoy the the Envoltini de Bogavante y Aguacate, Olivia’s tribute to the famed avocado-lobster roll from the Catalunya Restaurant. The lobster meat is addictively juicy and slightly sweet, pairing well with the richness of the avocado. The Lomo de Buey Wagyu is a premium dish made with juicy Wagyu striploin beef served with truffle sauce and piquillo peppers.

    The Jamón Ibéricode Bellota is made with the finest ham in the world - free-range oak forest ham fed with acorn. The meat is cured for 36 months to ensure the best taste, so you can rest assured that the quality of the meat served is unparalleled. (March 2019)
