Pollen is proud to be part of Hi5SG – a nationwide dining campaign supported by Enterprise Singapore and STB to encourage the continuation of business recovery amidst the ongoing COVID pandemic. It is also an opportunity for us together as restaurants and diners to rise funds for the underprivileged whose lives here been greatly impacted by COVID-19 pandemic. From now till 30th November, $1 will be added to your bill as part of our donation exercise. The restaurant will match your donation to contribute towards the proceeds. If you wish to opt out from this, please let us know during the billing process. We look forward to your kind, heartfelt contribution.

Dress code:
• Casual, Advised to dress warm as our venue is capped at 20c
• Gents, no slippers, T-shirts or sportswear
• Ladies, no flip flops or sportswear

We seek your understanding that due to the nature of our menu and dining experience at Pollen, we regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for a vegan menu and are only able to cater to children aged 7 years and above.

To enquire about reservations for larger groups, please contact Pollen directly via their email. Please note that Lunch reservations are from 12pm to 3pm and Dinner reservations are from 6pm to 10pm.

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
