Welcoming, safeguarding and taking care of others is at the very heart of what we do and who we are. Here are some of the measures put in place to ensure your safety.
• Reservations are for a maximum of 5 people per table only.
• All diners are required to check in and out via the Safe Entry QR Code located at the restaurant entrance.
• There will be temperature checks at the entrance of The Stamford Brasserie, located at Level 1 of Swissôtel the Stamford.
• Restaurant capacity has been reduced to be in line with safe social distancing. Tables are placed at least 1 meter apart.
• We seek the cooperation of all diners to practise safe social distancing of 1 meter between individuals when queuing or walking in the restaurant.
• As reservations are taken at staggered times to avoid the formation of long queues, please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation.
• We seek your understanding that restaurants will be closed by 11pm.
• Consumption of food & beverages must be completed by 10.30pm.

• Online reservations made through Chope will not be eligible for any discount programmes or vouchers, except Chope Vouchers or any promotions via Chope.

• Kindly note the following last order timings:
Lunch: 2:30pm (Last Order for Desserts: 2:45pm)
Dinner: 10:30pm (Last Order for Desserts: 10:45pm)

• If you have placed a reservation for 8 to 19 people, please note that your reservation is considered as an inquiry and credit card details will be required for confirmation.
• The Prego or Dining Reservations Team will be in contact with you via call or email to advise table availability and securing your reservation with credit card details. Alternatively, you may call Dining Reservations at 64316156 or Prego at 64315156.
• Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion.
