Under the masterful hands of acting Executive Chef, Gary Lim, SE7ENTH promises diners a relaxing evening with dishes centred around classic, contemporary Western and Asian fare.

    Situated within Oakwood Premier AMTD Singapore, SE7ENTH is a 74-seater restaurant perfect for social gatherings and business meetings. Tucked away on level 7 and hidden from the hustle and bustle of the central business district, SE7ENTH is a tranquil oasis offering modern international cuisine.

    For diners who relish cuisines inspired by the West, the Alaskan King Crab Seafood Platter with Truffle Risotto, a show-stopping galore of snow crab legs, mussels and prawns baked in garlic and herbs and served with a lush bowl of truffle risotto, will delight palates. The Salmon En Papillote with Wild Mushroom Velouté, baked salmon on a tender bed of zucchini and eggplants nestled in a paper pouch, is a delicious way to start a meal.

    Asian cuisine lovers can reminisce a trip to Japan with Wagyu Katsu sandwich featuring tender breaded Wagyu striploin steak medium done, sandwiched between grilled brioche.
