    About

Looking for a taste of home among the international crowd at Resorts World Sentosa? Look no further than Sessions, a casual dining establishment serving up classic Singaporean dishes like Chilli Crab and Cereal Crayfish. With Sweet Sessions, Crab Sessions, and Cooking Sessions, this 3-in-1 restaurant is sure to have you spoiled for choice.

The Chilli Crab with Man Tou is a must-try. Based on the hawker classic, Sessions’ rendition is made with fresh crab and features a thick gravy flavoured with red chilli and plenty of tomato sauce for a well-rounded taste. Go in with your hands and mop up excess gravy with the delightfully fluffy Man Tou buns. Another usual hawker suspect is the Cereal Crayfish. An exquisite take on Cereal Prawn, this dish features the larger and juicier crayfish rolled in butter cereal and deep fried to golden perfection.

There is also a range of delicious vegetable dishes on offer for diners who wish to enjoy a ‘zi-char’ style meal. The Stir-Fried Belachan Kang Kong gets our vote as it is cooked to tender perfection. The belachan gives the dish some heat and salty flavour, and it goes well with a bowl of steamed rice.
