    The drinks menu puts the spotlight on artisanal, small-batch gins from around the world. For instance, The Mom cocktail is a sweet and refreshing drink to start. Here, a berry-infused English gin is mixed with East Imperial Old World tonic for an easy tipple. The Ink Dry Gin is sure to impress with its pretty purple hue, paired with yuzu-flavoured tonic water for that splash of bright, citrus flavour.

    For savoury bites to go with your cocktail, Tonic serves up staple bar bites such as Buffalo Wings with scrumptious dips and Truffle Fries.
