    Helmed by celebrity chef Jonathan Seynaevehas, this sophisticated bistro and wine bar is the ideal venue for a private party or a social night out.

    Food here is modern French, with a touch of Japanese influence. A scallop starter, for instance, puts the spotlight on the plump hotate from Hokkaido, served with a green pea puree and parmesan crumble. If you want something light and refreshing, try the raw dishes such as Red Tuna Tartare with Capers, or a Wild Sea Bream Carpaccio dressed in a tangy lime and lemon vinaigrette.

    For mains, tuck into a classic French dish of Duck Confit & Wild Mushrooms Parmentier. The fork-tender duck meat is bathed in a rich, aromatic foie gras jus, accentuated by the earthiness of the wild mushrooms. Also good is the Roasted Monkfish Medallions. Here, the meaty fish is cooked until tender, perched atop a rich green pea and comte cheese risotto. A vibrant saffron foam completes this dish.

    Meat-lovers will enjoy the grilled specialties at Aldo’s Bistro. There’s tender and juicy Australian Ribeye, grain-fed for 200 days, with a choice of blue cheese, bearnaise, or brandy & cream sauce. Diners can also opt for a whole Roasted Organic Chicken, with sides of ratatouille vegetables or confit potatoes with herbs.
