      Be sure to try the Tuna Tataki, a fish steak seared lightly and served rare. This unique dish is sure to delight your taste buds with its rich and smoky flavour. The Tartare of Botan Ebi, made with sweet Botan shrimp and topped with garlic for an earthy flavour, is a must-try.
