      Located in the Okura Prestige Bangkok, this gem is the pinnacle of modern fine dining. Awarded One Star by the Michelin Guide Thailand in 2019, Elements presents a fresh take on French cuisine by combining the traditions of the West with methods of cooking from the East.       Be sure to try the Tuna Tataki, a fish steak seared lightly and served rare. This unique dish is sure to delight your taste buds with its rich and smoky flavour. The Tartare of Botan Ebi, made with sweet Botan shrimp and topped with garlic for an earthy flavour, is a must-try. The sweetness is mellowed by the flavour of the ginger, and goes perfectly with a glass of wine. For a sweet treat at the end, try the Miso Ice Cream.
