Herringbone represents a shift in cafe culture - a move away from the Insta-worthy Eggs Benedicts and Avo Toast to a more exciting array of dishes inspired by and catered for the Asian palate. The “Explorations” dishes on the menu allow diners to get a taste of local flavours around Asia. This restaurant is dedicated to quality and giving back, so the ingredients used are mostly organic and sustainable, and diners can rest assured they are getting quality cuisine.

      Dig into the Chicken Oops! inspired by the stews of the Shan State of Myanmar. This tomato-based curry is made with chicken and spices, giving it a tangy and earthy taste. There is also the beloved French Vietnamese classic, Banh Mi. Made with meat and greens sandwiched between slices of crisp baguette, this sandwich is sure to fill you up. Diners can also get a taste of some homegrown produce with the Banana Flower and Prawn Tempura. These hearty fritters are made with local banana flowers, prawns, coriander, and kaffir lime leaves.
