      About

Located in the heart of the city, this hidden gem is a glasshouse designed like a loft. It has three main seating areas: the main dining room, an al-fresco area, and a cosy cafe-like nook. Boasting a menu of hard-to-find Thai recipes, there’s no wonder they were featured in the 2019 Michelin Guide. Named after the word for Chinaware during the historic Sukhothai era, as well as the word for “green”, this restaurant promises a dining experience like no other. Escape the hustle of the city and unwind at this unique spot.

The Phalo Bolan is one of their most popular items. Made with fatty, streaky pork and rich duck egg, this dish explodes with flavour from the first bite. The stew can be enjoyed on its own or with some steamed rice to soak up the juices. For something a little lighter, try the Pla Chon Na Jam Sin - snakehead fish with Thai salad. The salad is light and crisp, and goes perfectly with the briny meat of the fish. Meat lovers are sure to enjoy the Mu Thot Makhwaen - crisp chunks of fatty pork cooked in a heady mix of spices.
