    About

Experience the finest Cantonese cuisine at Silk Road, a palace of green, red, and gold. Inspired by the timeless grandeur of the Middle Kingdom’s great dining traditions, the ambience at Silk Road is a harmony of classic Chinese decorative elements combined with contemporary lines and smooth forms. All types of Cantonese cuisine are available at Silk Road, ranging from eternal classics to newer, more contemporary innovations.

The signature dish at Silk Road is the Hong Kong Style Peking Duck in Two Courses. For the first course, the skin of the duck is wrapped in Chinese pancakes together with various condiments. The crispiness of the duck skin, together with the soft Chinese pancake wrap, sweet sauce and assorted garnishes are a winning combination. For the second course, diners are given a choice of how the rest of the duck meat should be consumed – whether as part of a noodle dish, a soup, or just served as it is. Another favourite is the Double-Boiled Fresh Fish Maw in Cantonese Soup; a traditional method of Cantonese soup preparation, double-boiling allows the full flavour of the fish maw to come through, giving the soup its delicious and unparalleled taste. With the team at Silk Road’s expertise in combining all the winning elements for a great dining experience, just sit back, eat and enjoy the meal! (March 2017)
