Ever-changing, the gallery boasts a flexible menu whose cuisine follows the clock around a variety of dishes that can be enjoyed in a private space or within the delights of art decorated walls.

    Creating all of the food from scratch in-house, WORKSHOP prides themselves on using only the best ingredients for an authentic dining experience. Come down for a meaningful dining experience surrounded by art and innovation.

    A former member at multiple Michelin restaurants, chef Clement Hernandez has perfected a menu that fully encompasses the spirit and concept of the workshop. Based on traditional French classics blended with contemporary and authentic flavours, simplicity is at the core of the menu with well-loved classics such as Four-Cheese Penne and Seared Salmon. A mish mash of olives, beetroot, eggplant and tomatoes, the Marinated Vegetable Salad is a refreshing start to any meal.
